Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy Statement was last updated on November 15, 2017.

After you place an order, you can cancel your order any time after submitting the order but BEFORE the restaurant accepts the order. To do so, tap "Cancel Order" in the order tracking screen.

If you would like to cancel an order AFTER an order has been accepted by a restaurant, you will need to call our support team. Our support team will then confirm with the restaurant that they have not begun preparing your food and are ok with the cancellation. If the restaurant has started preparing the food, we will be unable to issue a full refund for the order.
